 Refunds and Exchanges

Discovery Headbands by Jodilynn are made by hand and we take pride in the quality, detail and care of our work. Jodilynn stands behind her handmade headbands which are inspected multiple times to assure customers are to be satisfied.

HEADBAND RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, they are considered FINAL SALE, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Wrong information provided? Please email discoveryheadbands@gmail.com as soon as possible as we process and ship orders quickly. As long as we have not started processing your order, we can fix it for you. Please include your name and order #.

We cannot refund an order so please be sure to check that all info is correct before ordering (shipping address, email, payment, coupons).

HEADBAND DEFECTS/WRONG ITEM:

Each headband goes through a series of product inspections to ensure it meets Discovery Headband quality. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item.

Please contact us at discoveryheadbands@gmail.com within 15 days of your original order date to open a conversation on how we can make this right. Each case is evaluated individually so please include your name and order # along with photos of the product in question.

Headband Disclaimer

All headbands will vary slightly due to the nature of being handmade. This goes for fabric, fabric pattern placement and color. We try to portray colors as accurately as possible; however, different monitors/screens show colors differently. Please ask us if you have any questions prior to ordering as all sales are final.

 

CLOTHING RETURNS:

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our community happy. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably so please email discoveryheadbands@gmail.com to open a conversation about your order. Please include your concern, order #, complete contact information, photos of the product in question and Discovery Headbands will review the request and respond.

If the product is approved for a return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return.
